Need to Switch Ticket Dates? It’s Easy, Here’s How:

If you’re switching your ticket for the exact same ticket on another date, follow these instructions:

Click Manage My Tickets (you will be directed to our ticket manager “Ticket Tailor”), then follow the prompts

  1. Enter the email address associated with your ticket

  2. You’ll receive an email, click the green button that says “Manage your tickets or items”

  3. You’ll be taken to a “Manage Orders” page – click the grey button “Manage Orders”

  4. On the following order page you have 3 options – you may view/print your tickets, resend your tickets, or reschedule your tickets. Click the grey button “Reschedule”

  5. On the following page – select your new date/time from the dropdown menu and follow the prompts to complete the process
